If a person doesn’t get importance from the environment he will not stay. You need the love of god and the society has to give this importance.
In all my daily dealings, at all times and places, I need to think “Am I bestowing?”
We have to balance the ego with the importance of bestowal, love of others.
Kabbalah explains you and the souls you have to unite with to reveal the Creator, and how to change our ego to the quality of the Creator.
You go to the group for the purpose of getting strength from the Creator to help against your ego.
The light can only enter a thing similar to it. We can only understand Kabbalah books with our intention to bestow.
Everything is inside of you. Outside of your desire there is nothing.
This world is your absorption of everything. Desires to bestow are spirituality. It’s your perception through bestowal.
Any word or letter in Kabbalistic texts are discernments in you. Like a baby, from zero, you have to grasp the text as everything being inside of you.
None of your depictions are real. All of them are lies of your ego. Everything that is in your five senses is depicted as only what is in your personal favor. You see things as good or bad in respect to your desire.
Detachment from your self is spirituality.
Dissemination means passing your desires for spirituality to others.
In the true reality, detached from your ego, you “Taste and see that the Lord is good.”
The more you are absorbed in “love your neighbor as yourself”, you are more in spirituality.
This world is your imagination. There is only one big desire of Malchut of Ein Sof. Besides you, everything is Malchut of Ein Sof.

We need for all of us to be together, as one man in one heart, in one goal. The Arvut = togetherness. We cannot influence the people to come together, if we’re not together.
Together means that I’m responsible for everything no matter what happens, and I care for it.
Doing is called something practical; there is no mind there, only action. Even though the mind does not agree, we still do. This is the aspect of power without mind because it is against reason.
We must oblige and enslave ourselves to the Kingdom of Heaven, in order to give contentment to the Creator.
The order of the work, which is above reason, is what is known as “make yourself a Rav.”
According to the greatness he feels in the Rav, he understands it is worth doing in order to be rewarded to be in adhesion with the others.
Examine where you are. For something that you deem as not so important, you have no strength to overcome.
Before any spiritual act, you must pray to raise Divinity from the dust, meaning it is important to us, and we pray to raise its importance.
Make yourself a Rav, to have the sensation for the Greatness of the Creator.
Each friend should have something he can learn from the other.
Make yourself a Rav and buy yourself a friend — they should both be together, so each one must pray and give up for the other.
An act without mind is that you accept upon yourself above reason that your friend is greater than you.
We are to learn from the actions of the other; the body doesn’t agree to this.
Rise all to the scale of merit. All are worthy by themselves, and He has no complaints against their behavior.
We will not absorb into the group and what Rav is teaching us because we do not connect.
Don’t waste time! We are to be the spiritual Kli (vessel), and it cannot be done only by reading.
Be considerate of every person and judge them to a scale of merit.
We must simply start trying to exit ourselves. This is what we must do. By simply caring for one another, we reveal the unity.
What’s happening with my friends now? Are they thinking about connecting with the Upper One? Think of the friends and try to be in spirituality.
We aren’t desperate enough. We must get to the point where we feel like this shortcoming is our fault. Not someone’s fault, but my fault.
All the hopes of the group must be focused on the adhesion among the friends and in that only. Even in that it is all for the revelation of the Creator, and not anything else.
Where is the place for the “doing”? In every thought, in every action; the intention is the “doing.”
Only the point of connection between us is true.
What does it mean “unity”? Why do we need it? Because unity is truth. Because separation is the lie. The collective desire for spirituality is true. All else is my falsehood.
There is such apathy and indifference in our society. We need to care for one another. Caring for the friends is thinking of them: Are they connected to Him? What is happening with my friends now? Are my friends thinking of connecting with the Upper One? By simply caring for one another, we reveal the Unity.
Every moment is a unique opportunity to discover the Wisdom anew.
Our work is the work of the Creator, and no one is excused from it. We have to set a moral pattern and bring the nations into that pattern.
We must use the situation we are in as a springboard to greater unity.
Dissemination creates pressure on us in the same way as when you pressure a cherry until the seed pops out. Dissemination is actually joining the additional desires to us. We are like parents in this, and the children force the parents to be parents. The children force us to rise above. We have a lot of hope because we take care of the whole and they force us to become parents who love and are united. We are obliged and committed to them and they demand this of us. They are there with their mouths open, so let’s be parents who are committed to their children.
We have a huge responsibility. To be ready, we must be united.
I have provided you with conducts by which you can nevertheless endure without regressing. The most special of them is adhesion (attachment) of friends. If you strengthen yourselves in that, you will certainly go from strength to strength on the rungs of sanctity.

Everything is attained in the intensity of the connection.
The Creator is revealed in the connection between the souls.
The only goal of studying is revealing our connection and revealing the Creator in that connection.
You have to ask yourself “What is my response to these Kabbalistic words?” All Kabbalah speaks about is within you.
One should love the obstrutructions! The obstructions are in reality a direction.

Society always governs an individual. You always absorb all of your desires from them.
When you want to increase your point in the heart, you have to subjugate yourself to the society. This is where our exertion is.
Spirituality is not thinking about yourself. You absorb others’ desires and consider them before yours and above yours.
How do you get closer to spirituality? The society “brainwashes” you, and you absorb the importance of spirituality.
You have to consider Kabbalah more important than everything else and only take care of your necessities of this life. All the rest of your powers have to be dedicated towards spirituality.
When you receive the desire for spirituality, you receive it only as a small point and we won’t receive anymore than that point ever. However, along with that little point of a desire, you also find an environment, a society, so that if we want to increase that desire, so it won’t be just a point, but rather a desire that is most important for you, than all your other desires, then you really have to become integrated into the environment. Want to be in it as much as possible, want to subjugate yourself to it as much as you can, want to appreciate that society as much as possible; then, all the importance of the general goal that exists in society, will influence you. It won’t be difficult for you to make an effort in spiritual work. It is written that “the effort is above human strength.” What is “above human strength”? If it’s above your force can you do it? No, you can’t. If you can’t do it why are you demanded to do something that is above human force? If you’re capable of lifting 20 pounds and you’re told lift 100, you can’t.
It’s obvious by ourselves we cannot rise from one degree to another. We can’t. We are not even capable of asking for that ascent because you exist within your present desire. How can you ask for something that is higher and opposite? This is why Kabbalists say that free choice is bonding with the society, and the society provides you with strength. It awakens a desire in your heart that is completely new, and although you resist it, you nevertheless surrender to the society and want to be with them. You start to begin to want bestowal and love of others, you start seeing these things are tangible. You’re not just being confused or someone wants to manipulate you or stupefy you into thinking something is real. You start seeing that precisely through exiting yourself you’re going to attain something unique which is eternal, whole, in a higher dimension and outside of your own skin. And all of that is changed by the importance, the change of your values.
In that place where you unite with others, in that network of the net of souls, that is where you reveal the Light that Reforms, that is where you reveal the Creator. Then, the more you connect with everyone, the light you reveal moves you from one level to another. You change yourself, your own relation to everyone. You reveal a connection between yourselves, the Creator that exists between you. Then He becomes revealed to you. This is how you attain spirituality.

The environment is your guard. A person cannot control himself, the creature cannot rise on its own.
Spirituality is something we don’t want but the environment can convince you that you do want it.
There is no difference between love thy friend and love thy God.
The creator always wants us to receive, even receive in order to receive. The restriction is only for us, for our benefit.
You have to disseminate in the general system. Redemption is based on your generation.
Only your effort in Kabbalah is measured, not the result.
In the spiritual world all of our advancement is based on mistakes. A mistake means I reveal a flaw that was already in me, it just wasn’t apparent. Then after you discover it, it seems “Oh I made a mistake.” But you already had it, it just wasn’t revealed before. There’s nothing new under the sun, and all those mistakes are in order to show you what needs to be corrected. This is why we mustn’t agonize ourselves for the past. We shouldn’t look even one moment backwards in anything in life. We have to realize everything was already in us and just became apparent so that on top of that we would go forward.

Where will the Light rule? It can’t rule in the individual, It can only rule in the group, only in the connection between the desires.
In the connection between us will be the form of the Light of Bestowal, in one with respect to the other.
To acquire a spiritual pattern, there must be a group and not a single person. The pattern is received from the Light that Reforms. This is repentance.
I constantly go toward the goal and grow toward the group daily. I must be sure that I check daily that I am finding the Light that Reforms in society. When this is realized in each day, more and more precisely, our structure must advance. The structure is the current state and part of the next state. So of course I have to constantly update this, because when I feel more, I demand more.
What does it mean that the Light reforms? Each time I realize this form more and more, this is called a statute. From this form to the next. By this, we advance. In the framework and the pattern of the statute, we all advance with It. It changes us and we change It. It is something that we check ourselves toward, and It is something from the desired state, and not from the current state. There, in this statute, we will have to understand ourselves, the community, and everything in each new degree, to understand how we advance.
We must understand how to navigate between the community and the group. We need to think how to do this. They can be detached, but we are close to them and not detached.
First and foremost you must take care of the society.
We have to work here seriously, like men, and all together. We are acting on the spritiual level.
With all your heart and with all your soul, be ready to give it all to the Creator. From the very first degree, you don’t do anything for your own sake. Make all actions only in order to bestow.
To exit self love is the path of truth.
Measure your attitude toward, “He is Good that does Good,” for this is the seal of truth. This is the stamp to imprint/emboss on the world.
Why do you feel you are going backwards instead of forward when in the path of truth? He is not descending, but he is growing and advancing toward the path of truth, yet it is not from bestowal. You will not have a foreign ruler in your body. What is it that rules in you?
How many actions have you done in order to bring us advancement? The will to receive is given situations to feel itself separate from the other desires to such an extent that he hates the others, and this is in order to construct above his hatred, the equivalence of form to the Light.
How many actions have you done to bring us advancement? What is your attitude in every Gathering of Friends, in every lesson, in every Congress, in every book fair, in every gathering? Examine, why is it that we are gathering? It’s never just to hang out and have fun. Secondly, examine what form we want to reach. How much have we advanced, what points are being clarified, what have we really achieved? We have to demand for ourselves what is happening with us. Is there advancement or isn’t there? A person must constantly ask and measure himself from the morning to the evening.
How much have you advanced toward the others, what is the measure of your adhesion, how cleaved on are you to bestowal and to the Creator?
Toward others, I have to achieve love. I have to discover these things and measure and perform certain corrections, and measure all of this, all the time, every day, every Shabbat, and every Gathering of Friends. All the time!
The path demands much endurance. The main thing is for a person to determine for himself obligations. Set your life up in such a way that you have no choice but to do certain things. The more required obligations you set up for yourself, the better. In each and every thing, you should feel you are obligated, and there should be no other place to run to.
We need to care more and more on the inside for the group, so that truly in the inner connection between us, spirituality will be revealed. If I will feel the persistent connection of the desires of everyone toward bestowal, if I feel this net, and this inclination of everyone toward it, then this is my spiritual vessel.
This one Kli exists, even if you can’t see it. To build it means to build my attitude toward it. I have to do this.
From day to night and from night to day I have to examine this net. Did I reveal something new, did I think, did I care? It has nothing to do with the others because I must do it! This expectation of the group is internal. I have internal care for them and all of our work is in silence, and is concealed.
There are no words or letters, there are just feelings in between the desires and they are searching for how to connect, how to find this Light, and how to find this feeling of connection.
We must move into such a mode of thinking that we awaken ourselves to envision the next state. You also must envision for yourself more and more, what is the origin of your problem, your sickness, and then find in the group the cure. You have to make a habit in your mind and the inner connection between the desires. The desires alone are detachment, exile, and concealment of the true state.
Find the gap between your future state and yourself. Take a picture of the state of perfection for yourself, and make it more important than this world and all the other pictures you can imagine. This picture of One, of unity, of the Goal; there is nothing more important than this!
We need, as a little kid, to see the true state as sure as possible. Check yourself every day. Have we advanced toward the Goal? Is it more sharp, more emotional, are you more concerned, more obligated, more committed?
Be more and more impressed by the force that reforms, the quality of bestowal. When we will feel this, we will feel the Creator.
Remember to exert effort into quality before quantity.
Don’t imagine bodies; instead of that depiction, remember that we are all desires. That is all there are.
Malchut wants to raise to Bina, to raise MAN. Our success is basically only this. If we are speaking about advancement this year, something we need to attain, this is how it happens.
All the names are only the connections between the desires. All the letters are connections between Bina and Malchut. Everything is only in this picture. All of reality is in it- the Creator, the creature, and the connection between them.
Anything we can imagine in our current life is all that we feel in that last shattered desire. All kinds of objects, forces, relationships; it’s a desire the spiritual world gives me in replication of my substance, of its form. Around us there seems to be a world, but it’s not a world. It’s like a 3D image. This earth is a never ending film. I need a different monitor to see the spiritual world. There are no images there, only qualities and connections between the desires. In this, the corporeal picture remains until it disappears. You have to feel both pictures to feel the relationship between them.
It is not the smart one who learns. Kabbalists pray to forget and to start anew because in knowledge, the levels that we don’t understand interfere with a system of connection between the souls. There are levels of connection, letters, names of people, ghosts, demons, sefirot, partzufim, whatever works; it’s all only about desires.
Our whole mission is to be incorporated into the Divinity.
We are a desire, an emotional being only. Our intellect works only to the extent that we feel.
We are not aware of how emotional we are. We need to aim everything toward being inspired, to feel, like a baby with eyes and mouth open in awe. This is the right absorption, perception.
There is nothing more than the relationship between man and the Creator!
Desire does not understand intention and this enables us to control it. Let your desire enjoy, just add an intention to it.
Disturbances are given, but you are only given what you can handle and only the Light can help.
True love does not depend on anything and is eternal.
Love of friends needs to be corrected. Each one needs to ask how much we have exerted in love of friends. We feel that we hate others so we can construct our equivalence with the Creator over top of this. We have to relate to each other and relate to each other like the Creator treats us- with Love.
These bodies and this world I see are as a result of my corrupt qualities. This is not the true reality, it is my egoistic interpretation. The true reality is the connection between the desires, not what you are depicting now. This true reality of connection is what we need to attempt to be in. You want to see this true connection, and this is what we need to build upon. We need all of our actions to revolve around this, and we need the light to build this for us. Our success lies in this only and this is the only thing Kabbalah speaks about.

Spirituality has nothing to do with this world. It is a completely new state we need to reach with the help of the group.
The righteous win doubly; they benefit doubly- they receive everything and also become equivalent to the Creator. The wicked however, lose doubly. Their desires don’t even become half filled.
You open your desire to receive pleasure when you change your intention to bestow.
You feel spirituality to the extent that your intention is the same as the Creator’s intention.
We have to achieve MAN, and we have to yearn to Bina in each state.
Only the environment can make your decide based upon truth vs. false rather than bitter vs. sweet.

All awakenings come from the light.
The exile is the loss of connection. It is the lack of adhesion and the sorrow of redemption not coming, a wondering of “who can I give pleasure to?” You feel bad that you can’t give to the Creator.
The ego conceals spirituality and until you reach a state where you realize only the Creator can help you, nothing will help. No action of yours can help you, only the Creator.
We have to carry out the laws of love and bestowal otherwise we have no right to exist.
Dissemination is the only way to help others understand why the suffering is occurring , and provide Kabbalah as a method to correct our situation. The harsh problems can be processed under the light instead of physical suffering. It depends on us how humanity will go through its current situation and we should feel responsible. We are in the generation of the redemption.
Full redemption means everyone transcends the ego.
Until you care about bestowing, the Creator won’t help.
The main thing is the intention. We have to do everything for the Creator.
The prayer is when you feel the need for love of others, and as a result, love of god.
Everything depends on your friends desires. They control you. You have to “buy yourself a friend.” Only the friends can make you want to bestow.
Redemption is when I internally feel the love for others. However, we are incapable of this and the labor of trying to love brings us to this. “And the children of Israel sighed”.
All the languages of Kabbalah are the languages of bestowal. All the four languages are about how to bestow. What you need is to listen to advices on how to bestow.

Use your qualities as something to overcome. Don’t erase any of your qualities, or you won’t have any room for work, for transcendence. You need to keep these qualities and use the importance of the Creator to rise above them.
You have to do everything within your power to try and reach bestowal. Use everything you have in harmony, use all of your qualities for bestowal.
There is no happier moment in a person’s life than when you are despaired of your own powers. Then you can truly pray.
We have to connect to the author when we read kabbalistic texts. We have to connect to the thought and feeling behind the writing of the text.
There is no such thing as a single person’s soul. My correct intention to bestow is the soul, and the soul is a combined collective that’s united together. All of the souls are included in each other.
The connection between the souls is where the Creator is revealed. When we correct this connection we will equalize with the Creator.
We have to work in the group and treat it as the AHaP of the upper.
All the obstacles come from the influence of the general society. The majority of souls overpower the rest. The method of kabbalah has to be shared with everyone and this is the only way we will succeed.
The only purpose of this world is to rise to the spiritual world.
In order to reach the spiritual you need the light. This is the only way to be corrected. The only way to get this light is when we are equal to the Creator’s system. From reading the text of kabbalists we draw the light from their AHaP and this brings us closer to this system. We awaken this surrounding light and rise.
Shame was created by the Creator so the creature would have a chance to become equal to the Creator.
